Just popped in for a bit. I picked this poem because of the picture you used as the cover. The hand being held out called to me. The poems words were superb, strong, noble and powerful. The grace of the higher power was evident here. The positivity which came with this piece was beautiful. Well presented on the page. I enjoyed the lovely feel of this poem. Great work.

I read this through because the title was very attractive to me. I enjoyed this piece from you. There was good imagery coming from the story you told. The ending was special and inspired me to think. I think you took a piece of truth from a real veteran, I mean, this poem could easily be a true story. It was very real to me. Great work.

I read this piece through and related to the philosophy used here. I liked the depth of the subject. This is a poem for people who think deeply and understand what lay ahead for youngsters.
