| ...because it's the day we celebrate the end of February! Almost as if my whole body recognizes the achievement, I had a kick-ass night of sleep last night. If you've been here before, you've surely noticed I've been using my blog to keep track of my progress against goals. Even when I blog about something else, I close each post with a goals update. It's just a good place to document daily and weekly successes for future reference (and they should be documented and celebrated!) But I'm struggling a little with the timing. I can't figure out what time of day to post the updates. So, today you get a goodnight post, and tomorrow, I'll probably kick off the week with a shiny new set of goals. Goals update below.
