For the life of me I cannot work out how to use the above. Change size of txt or colour or any of it?

I have tried highlighting the txt and then choosing what I want it to look like etc but it doesn't work. It shouldn't be that hard to use.

Can anyone give me a step by step guide on how I am supposed to use this eg. Write your txt, then press the box you want to use etc.

I would be very grateful.

You go into editing mode and use the WritingML I showed you.

Look to the left of the screen and it says “Writing.comTools”

After clicking on that, there is a spot where you select WritingML: Docs and Help

This explains everything you need to know about the things you were asking about.

In addition to Token Jester's comment noting the WritingML documents showing how to use these features, you can use the icon editing bar located at the top of most writing or editing boxes. They start with a B, an I, and a U.

Highlight the text you wish to be modified with your cursor, and then click on the appropriate editing icon. Some icons change the feature immediately; other icons open some additional box selections for you to select. For example, you want to change the font for the following line:

Change the font.

Highlight the words. Then select the scrolled F edit box and select the font style you desire, say Comic. It will look like the following:

{font:Comic}Change the font.{/font}

When saved, it will look like: Change the font.

If the words are still highlighted, change the size by selecting the edit icon with the SSS, and then select the size you desire, say 5. It will look like the following:

{size:5}Change the size.{/size}

When saved, it will look like: Change the size.
