My lead character Gynn Bradshaw isa young woman serving in an R.A.F. tracking room during world war ll. Her objective is living through the war and staying true to her 'back home boyfriend' of many years who is now serving in the army. She is confronted by an American fighter pilot who is in love with her and wants her to give up the old relationship and marry him. I am also thinking of one or two sub-plots which I haven't quite fixed in my mind as yet.
