October 21st Done

Since my novel takes place in the "real world", I tried to dig up some information about the legal system. But for the most part this is more of a time line than anything else, with some legal info thrown in.

If my facts aren't right, PLEASE tell me so I can change it. From what I gathered in my research, this is about what one faced with this crime would be charged with (keeping in mind they want to 'throw the book' at one of these individuals as well, so are more likely to hit them with the highest charge possible)
