I have tried so many ways, and so many times. It was a signature made for me and I cannot seem to upload it

This is the error message 29453764 you have been getting:

There was an error with your uploaded file.The server was unable to recognize the file you attempted to upload.

It is possible the file was corrupted, not in .GIF, .JPG or .PNG format, bigger than 400x400, more than 150k in size or not a valid file.

Important note: If you were returned to the item form with an error, you will need to respecify the image file to be uploaded. This is the most likely cause for this error.

Therefore --

You need to check that the file type shown on your computer is .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. Note that .JPEG is not the same as .JPG
You need to check the pixel count on the image: it must be 400x400 or less.
You need to check the file size: it must be 150K or less. Note that rounding can make a file appear to be 150K when it is slightly oversize.

You need to check that you have specified the file on your computer here on the Create Image page:
Section 5
Item Type Specific Settings
Image File: [Choose File] (.GIF/.JPG/.PNG)

If all of those things check out okay, then you would need to talk to the person who made the image.

When you get an error message, it will tell you what needs to be fixed. Resubmitting without changing anything is just going to result in the same error. Also note that the image file will need to be selected again after an error.
