Can someone please tell me how to change the text size of a document? I have tried following the instructions, but it is not working for me, so I must be missing something. Thank you!
You want to type, for example: {size:5} Your text here {/size} You can change fonts and colors too... I'd recommend checking out WritingML Help
What do you mean by "document" and what instructions are you following?
Further to Charles's Cornucopia 🦃' comment: Do not think of size here as you would on a MS document. It is not size 10, for example. There are the following sizes: size 1 size 2 size 2.5 size 3 size 3.5 size 4 size 4.5 size 5 Those are your options. For readability, I personally recommend 4, maybe 3.5.
Thank you for the replies! I have copied and pasted the instructions I have been following and added my questions at the bottom. Changes Writing.Com's standard font size from "1" (the smallest available) to "5" (the largest available). Place text in between tags to change. Replace "VALUE" with a desired number ranging from 1 to 5. Tag Syntax: ... Example with raw WritingML: This text is size 1. This text is size 2. This text is size 3. This text is size 4. This text is size 5. Example result: This text is size 1. This text is size 2. This text is size 3. This text is size 4. This text is size 5. An example of a correct tag is Correct? Are we talking about putting the tag at the beginning and the end of the entire document? I am doing that and using It doesn't work. Do the documents have to be created in ML for this to work? I do not write initially on here because I have lost documents when I forgot to save them. I use multiple formats like Novlr, Novel Factory, MSWord etc. I get the rest, like sizing. Like I said, I am sure I am missing a step somewhere. Again, thanks for the assistance!
I create using Word. I copy paste the entire document to a WdC document. I select the entire new WdC document. I use the three s button and select size 4. It is now the size I like. At least, that is my normal method.
