I agree!
If I'm working on something, sometimes I talk myself through the task.
If I see someone heading my way, someone I'm not looking forward to dealing with, I might say to myself out loud, "Oh no! Here we go again !"
I personally think, it's a trait of a very confident person. I don't really ever worry about others seeing me, or what they would think. So, I think it's a trait I am writing into my one character -- she is a very confident woman so I am going to use this .... just like hot sauce -- sparingly.
