Sadie Campbell, it all depends on how you have the book initially setup. Look at your entry format. I have two or three, all set up as a Blog with 25 entries/page. I've never created one in any other format thougth. Look at your entry format though, and choose how you wish it to be viewed. Play with those Entry Format settings to find the one you like most. You can't break it, you can always revert to the original Entry Format, if that's your wish. If you need help with this, let me, or almost anyone else know, we'll all be happy to help!
