Noticing Newbies

Hello all!

You can call me Lovely or Ivy! I'm in my early 30's and a mother. I spend most of my time cleaning and writing in various different forms.
My favorite form of writing is lists and expressive short stories. I'm really excited to be here and to have found a place to write outside of my normal environment. I have always been a sucker for poetry, but my favorite is that deep, sometimes dark, pull at your heart strings kind of poetry that carries a lesson or a message you can relate to your own life. I am also a hopeless romantic so love stories are a must-read for me! I am a very curious cat and I'm always excited to learn new things and explore areas I've never experienced before.
I'm hoping to find and befriend some like-minded acquaintances and read everyone's personal works. I know there are some gems in here, I've read a couple already. :)
