I may be the wrong person to try to answer this--my Premium membership accords me these already.

If you look under My Account, do you have a listing for Costumicons in the pop-up box? It would be just above My Activity. If you do, try selecting it. You should be able to update your selection as long as your subscription runs.

Please let me know if this does or doesn't work.
