Bulma goes to find Goku and give him a good spa...

As Bulma collected her thoughts, she decided on the course of action to take. After searching for Goku through the capsule house a bit and not finding him, she eventually went outside and quickly found him, running around and doing some exercises.

"Oh there you are, Bulma," said Goku as he heard the door open and saw Bulma step outside. "Are we ready to go after the next Dragon Ball now? I'm bored, waiting for you to be ready to go. We now have 4 Dragon Balls, that means there's only 3 left, right?"

"Yes, that's right. Only 3 to go. But before we go, we need to talk about what you did with my panties this morning while I was sleeping."

"Are you still going on about that? I said I was sorry. I was shocked too to see that girls don't have balls. Would it make you feel better if I showed you my balls? I don't mind."

"No I don't want to see your balls, Goku! That's a part of the problem! You were raised in the mountains and you have no shame about showing people your private areas and think that everyone thinks like that."

"I really don't understand what you're saying Bulma."

"It means that for you to get what I'm saying, I'm going to punish you."

Then Bulma caught Goku off guard by running straight at him and grabbed his wrist.

"And I'll start by giving you a spanking."

Bulma then pulled down Goku's pants and underwear, Goku still oblivious to know what Bylma meant.

"What are you doing, Bulma? What's a spanking?"

"Oh you'll see in just a moment."

Bulma then caught Goku by surprise by giving him his first spanking.
