Usopp Gives Luffy the Spanks!

"Okay, okay. No more crying captain." Usopp tugs on the rope to playfully give Luffy another wedgie before lowering him to the ground. However, this doesn't mean he let Luffy go. He hung there by his tightie-whities and with his bottom open and on display.

"You're lucky Nami didn't catch you or else it'd hurt a lot more." Usopp said.

"What would hurt? My manhood? UWAAAAH!" Luffy shouted, suddenly feeling a sharp burning pain shoot across his bottom.

"Nope. Your buttocks." Usopp twirled a hand made paddle and began wailing on Luffy's behind. He started to swerve back and forth in humiliation and pain.
