THE WEEPING ANGELS

From doctor who.

These creature are deadly assassins.

Well kinda.

These creature a largely unknown. They are able to do more when there not seen, and there touch sends a person back in time.

When seen they appear as statues.

They can't really have sexual situations but try to use a time period where the victims go to for that kind of stuff.
