This choice: "Yeah, let's get down to business." • Go Back...Chapter #9Jolie arrives for some fun by: Ctbro "Yeah, lets get down to business." Daniel quickly responds, excited to invite Jolie over. Step by step, they slowly walked back to the couch where the whole situation started. The remote was still on the couch, and Daniel's phone rested in the same spot he left it on the end table. Daniel reached for his phone, but stopped at the sudden feeling of skin and muscle stretching between his and Brian's heads. He turned to see his friend looking at his watch. "Dude," he said, getting Brian's attention. "Can you help me reach for it?"
"Oh, right." Brian said sheepishly. He bent over with Daniel so his friend could grab his phone. "I'm still not used to moving together with you all the time. Which, does bring a question to mind?"
"What?" Daniel asked, with his thumb paused over the call button.
"How are we going to... you know... be good in bed? Lets face it, we're not that synchronized."
"Well what? Did you want to practice by having "fun" with each other first?" Daniel smirked as he air quoted the word 'fun.'
"Hell no!" Brian adamantly shook his head. "I only agreed to this because there was a very sexy girl involved. All I was saying is that she should probably expect us not to perform so well."
"Whatever. She can be on top then so we don't have to worry about being as synchronized." Daniel stated and hit the call button on his phone. It rang twice before Jolie's sweet voice answered. They spoke for less than a minute, and Jolie agreed to come over to see her surprise.
Daniel and Brian then spent the next couple of minutes awkwardly waiting for her. They decided on watching TV, and thankfully only had to go through two commercial breaks before a knock sounded from the door. Brian grabbed the TV remote by him and turned if off, and Daniel yelled for Jolie to come in. They then slowly walked behind a wall, just out of site.
When Jolie turned around the corner from the entering the apartment, Daniel and Brian shuffled out from behind the wall yelling, "Surprise!"
Jolie was smiling brightly, but she did not appear shocked at their appearance. "What's the surprise?" Jolie asked. She wrapped her arms around them in a hug and stuck her head in the gap between theirs. As she let go, Jolie kissed each of them on the cheek and briefly squeezed the bulge between their legs. "Did you two just miss me?" She asked as she turned to drop her purse on the living room table. She smiled, and continued, "Let me just wash up." Jolie excused herself to the bathroom.
"Why isn't she surprised?" Brian asked Daniel in a hushed voice.
"I don't know." Daniel quickly replied in the same low volume. He knocked his palm into his forehead, "Shit, I just realized. The remote alters reality. We were the only ones not effected by it."
"What? So, she thinks we're conjoined twins?" Brian raised his eyebrow closed to Daniel.
"No, but I'm not sure what she thinks. The remote just makes this," Daniel gestured to their body, "the new normal; whatever that means probably depends on the changes."
"So, does that make her my girlfriend?" Brian smirked.
Daniel frowned. "Our girlfriend." He begrudgingly emphasized 'our.' Now that reality had changed, he was not too fond on sharing his girlfriend. A one-time kinky romance was on thing, but sharing someone he loved was a completely different matter. Daniel decided not to press the issue though. They were only going to be joined this one time, so no harm would come from it.
After taking a breathe, Daniel changed his attitude. He smiled and said, "Now, lets see if Our girlfriend is in the mood." indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
