go to a neighbor's

Dani didn't want to go to a neighbor's house. But she had no choice. She couldn't just stand outside naked from the waist down, waiting for her parents to get home hours later.

So she headed to the back door of Mr. Campbell, their closest next door neighbor. Mr. Campbell was her father's age, and was a nice enough guy. Mr. Campbell also had one child, a son Dani's age, who was also nice, if a bit on the shy side.

Dani wished she had at least put on a longer shirt as she stood at Mr. Campbell's back door with one hand while her hand hovered between her legs, trying to protect her modesty.

Dani knocked a couple of times on the back door before
