You decide it would be best to start Kelly's session off lightly and have it get progressively more intense as the session went on, so her feet and toes would be the best place to begin. As you grab her left ankle with your free hand, she lets out a little squeal which only got louder and louder as your gloved hand began rubbing the lotion into the sensitive soles of her left foot. She squeals and begs frantically as you attack the toes next. As you release her lotion covered foot, her right foot begins moving frantically to avoid the same treatment as the left, but you quickly grab it and lotion it up as well. As the lotion dries, Kelly's feet begin to itch.
"URK...HHHHHHHHHNG...EEEITCHY...G...GET...IT OFF...PLEEEEEEEASE" she begs as her toes begin twitching and she begins struggling to stay calm. "No, I'm afraid you must feel the full effects of the tickle itch lotion to recieve any benefit from it" you say to her "NO...PLEASE...IT ITCHES...OH JEEZ...NUUUUUUUUUUUUHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH. GET IT OFF...RIGHT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW" begs Kelly. "Shh, you'll be laughing soon, sweetie" you tell her. "NO...NO...TOO ITCHY...UUUUUUUHUUUUUUUUUUUUU HELLLLLLLLLLP" wailed Kelly as she felt the lotion become worse and worse as it dried. "Don't try and fight it, sweetheart. Just let the lotion do it's job" you smile as her feet squirm more and more. She tries to scratch with her toenails, but those are always clipped during her pedicures to stop her from scratching. Tears form in her eyes as the lotion takes full effect. "D...DOCTOR PLEASE...AEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. GET THIS EVIL LOTION OFF MY FEET" screeches Kelly. "Alright, I think we can start now" you say as you pick up a pair of feathers. Kelly goes wild as you begin the therapy session.
"OH CRAP. HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH THAT FREAKING TICKLES. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. LEMME OUT, I CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAN'T TAKE THIS. OH SHIT, NOT THE ARCHES. BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. STAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP. MY POOR TICKLISH SOLES, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I'M GONNA DIE LAUGHING. *GASP* NOT THE BALLS OF MY FEET. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. THIS...IS PURE HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELL" screamed Kelly. "Aw, I know sweetheart. Sorry about this, but it gonna get much worse" you tell her as you target her toes next. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYOUASSHOLE. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. NOT BETWEEN THEM. STOP TIHIHIHIHICKLING MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, YOU SADISTIC BAHAHAHAHASTARD. WOOHOOHOOHOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I SOAKED PANTIES, PLEASE STAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAP" Kelly screams. Her breasts jiggle as she struggles and laughs. "It's fine sweetie, remember those are hospital issue. They're padded like a diaper, so I can keep your therapy session going" you smile as you tickle faster.
Throughout the session, Kelly weeps in ticklish agony, begs for it to stop and pees three more times before you give her a break.
"There now, that wasn't so bad" you smile. "FUCK YOU...THAT WAS HELL ON EARTH...YOU EVIL BASTARD" panted Kelly. Her chest heaved as she got her breath back. "Aw, I know it seems like we're evil but we're doing our best to try and help you. Now, you get a break before I apply the lotion someplace else and focus the tickling there" you say as you open the lotion again.
Once Kelly's break was over, you make a decision on where to apply the lotion next.
