You decide Becky is the first patient you'll help to treat. You enter her soundproof room to find her restrained to the bed with her feet still able to move and wiggle. The nurse inside the room was gathering things together for Becky's session.
"Ah, this must be Becky" you smile. "Oh, hello doctor. Yes, that's her on the bed. We're just preparing for the first session of the day" smiled the brunette nurse. "Mind if I sit with her a minute?" you ask. "Oh, not at all. Don't loosen any of her restraints though, this one is deathly ticklish and would do ANYTHING to get out of being tickled like this" the nurse smiles. You sit next to Becky and stroke her hair. "Hey there, I'm going to be your doctor from now on. Are we ready for our first session of the day?" you ask. "No, I hate being tickled on my feet. NNNNNNNNNNNNGH...undo the restraints, they're too tight" complained the blond girl. "Ah, I've been warned about your little escape attempts. They're tight to make sure you don't escape during your tickling" you chuckle. "Nearly ready now, Becky" said the nurse. "NO...LET ME GO...LET ME GO YOU MONSTERS" Becky screeched. "Shh, hey it's just tickling. Oh, hey now. Don't get all worked up, we're trying to help you" you smile. "Why tickle my feet? I hate it, and above all else feet are GROSS" said Becky. "Not your feet" you smile. "What?" questioned Becky. "Your feet are quite nice. They look soft, well looked after. Has anyone ever told you that you have nice feet before?" you smile. "Um...not really" said Becky. "Oh yes, we make sure her feet stay nice and soft. Makes them receptive to the therapy" the nurse smiled as she came over. Becky struggled hard. "Shh, shh, it's alright baby girl. You wanna get out of T Ward and onto the regular ward so you don't need to be nude all the time?" asked the nurse. Becky nodded. "Well then, be a good girl. Good girls go on the regular ward" smiled the nurse. Becky calmed a little. "Alright twinkle toes, spread em" said the nurse. "D...DON'T MAKE ME" whined Becky. "Spreading your toes for us to tie them will get you out of T Ward quicker" you smile. Becky submits and spreads her toes.
