Misc. pics of me; other images/graphics, etc.
** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only **
This is just another area to display some pictures of me; pictures of some of my horses and dogs; pictures of my "better-half;" and any other images and/or graphics of importance to showcase.  Thank you for taking the time to look.  Have fun!
BREATHING WOLF ~ I think this is my best animation. The Breathing wolf. Look closely at his mouth and belly moving.
Favorite Headshot of Vanilla. ~ I raise and breed Registered Tennessee Walking Horses. This is my favorite horse, Vanilla. You will see a lot of pics in here of her and I. She was a Show Horse at one time, won the overall Racking Horse Division Celebration in Decatur, GA for two years in a row as a three and four year old, consecutively. She's been retired to be my companion trail riding buddy and also doubles as a prominent foundation broodmare. Update: I lost Vanilla late 2010 to Cancer. I have been devastated ever since loosing my Soul-Mate Horse. She will NEVER be replaced. ...
Picture of Me with Favorite Horse ~ Pic of me which appeared on the back cover of one of my books, Crimson Whispers. Thank you [Link To User stacylynn71] & [Link To User eliot_a] for helping choose this pic as I'm not photogenic and don't have many to choose from, LOL, seriously! I come from a background of strong Nordic-German lines, as you can tell from my fair complexion.
The Flash ~ This is one of my prized Registered Tennessee Walking Horse colts, The Flash, nicknamed Beau. His color is called a Cremello, he's like an Ivory White with crystal blue eyes, yet not an albino. As you can tell right now, I love White Horses, hence, the name of my 1st book was Dreaming White Horses, go figure!
The Flash (Beau) ~ Another picture of The Flash, nicknamed Beau, my Cremello colt. Here, he's a two year old. You can definitely see the blue eyes here. Should have named him Sinatra.
Meet "Dusty." (Starz's Talkin' Golddust), Tennessee Waking Horse Colt ~ I lost one of my Champagne colts a couple of years ago. The Lord has blessed my ranch with a new Palomino Colt, shown here, born May 5th, 2008. I named him after the first Dusty that passed away. His registered name is Starz's Talkin Gold Dust, "Dusty."
Oreo Laying Down ~ Picture of one of my mares, Oreo. Yes, horses like to lay down every now and then, but most of the time they sleep standing up. Really. Oreo is now battling Cancer after the death of Vanilla. Something must be in the water here in Colorado, I'm sick over it and doing an investigation. These horses, other than monetarily, are worth a lot. They are friends.
Poco ~ This is my husband Howard's horse, Poco. (We have his and her horses.) Poco's head markings are referred to as Medicine Hat. Indians used to have their Pintos with similar coloring, very rare and unusual.
My Foundation Herd ~ These are the parents of all our colts/fillies born on the farm; (called dams and sire); from left to right, Vanilla, Poco, the Smoky Black stallion Starz, and then Oreo.
Howard, Me & Legacy ~ This was the first colt born to us starting off as Breeders over sixteen years ago, a spotted Tennessee Walker we named Legacy. The name of our ranch is called Rainbow Walkers. You can look up the Website I created with the same name, Rainbow Walkers. Check it out when you have the time, though it's not updated, I'm sorry.
Me and my Wolf, Kody ~ Kody, my Canadian Tundra Wolf from Kodiak, Canada, that used to own me. Kody was about four years old here. I'm not telling you how old I was in this picture, LOL I don't know why my blue eyes always turn out Red in camera shots. No wonder I'm not photogenic, the devil-woman comes out of me....
Another pic of Me and my Wolf Kody ~ Picture of me in happier days, when I was owned by this Tundra Wolf Hybrid, Kody. We were on the dock of the Tangipahoa River in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, where my family had a beautiful summer home for thirty years, outside of New Orleans. Many poems I wrote about that River and my wolf. I miss you madly, Kody!
My Wedding Day! ~ My Wedding Day to Howard 12-15-90. Both set of parents have since passed on. My foster parents on the left, Howard's parents on the right. Howard and I only have each other, and our four-legged kids. We were married in the famous French Quarter of New Orleans, our hometown. Howard is my second (and last) marriage. I never had children.
Me and Howard ~ Me and my "better-half," Howard. We were on the Queen Natchez, a Riverboat on the Mississippi River in New Orleans, our hometown, a few years after we were married. Still in our "honeymoon phase" at the time, all lovie dovie, LOL!
My Husband, Howard ~ My favorite picture of my best friend, my husband, Howard. He's a Clinical Therapist and Substance Abuse Counselor.
Me with a Perm Cut! ~ Me with a perm years ago. A very high-maintenance type of procedure and cut that would grow out quickly, and, at $85 a shot, let's just say for the first time, I wish my hair didn't grow back so fast, LOL! However, my husband Howard was not a fan of the Perm. He thought it made me look "hard." So, I eventually (reluctantly) let it grow out.
Cover for back of my Book, "Tortured Light" ~ This is the picture of me that appeared on the back cover of my Second Book "Tortured Light."
Back/Front Cover of Tortured Light ~ This is the front and back cover of my Second Book , "Tortured Light." Cover was done by my very talented friend on this site, A.J. Evans. Since this, I've also published my Third Book, "Crimson Whispers," my Fourth Book "The Ragdoll Chronicles" and I'm currently getting my Fifth Book ready for publication, "Grief Shards and Other Remains".
Me and Thor ~ Me and one of my dogs, a black Great Dane, Thor. This was taken December of 2007. We were out in the sunshine and I'm sorry, but I'm squinting. Sadly, Great Danes, due to their size, do not live long, even though Thor lived longer than most Danes. I've had a lot of loss lately; Thor passed over the Rainbow in 2009.
Close Up of my Eye. ~ Close up of my eyes. Silly, huh? LOL
Me with Glasses and Short Hair ~ This was taken several years ago when I got fitted for my new John Lennon Glasses and got a hair trim. I wanted to see what it felt like to have short hair. I wore Contact Lenses for over 15 years but developed allergies so bad, I had to resort to glasses, unfortunately. Since this was taken, I've also let my hair grow back longer. I never did like short hair on me.
Our New Log Home ~ Our New home, the prow front overlooking mountains. A two-story great room. This is a 3 story level custom log home on 60 acres with a log barn to match, four stalls and tack room with run outs, all acreage fenced and cross fenced. We moved in Nov 21, 2009, right before Christmas.
