Best...wedding...EVER!!! But now it's survival time as guests linger into the second week. In-laws making their presence felt strongly....must....remain.........strong...

In another note, for some reason some of the comments in my notebook don't show up sometimes. I missed 2 or 3 from last week because of this. They weren't there....then they were...then they weren't. I'll bet this doesn't happen on Facebook. I'm outraged...in a non-outraged kind of way.

I'm cruising through Walmart today and pass the cake mixes, so I think...yeah...I want cake. For no reason. I just want it. So I buy my favorite cake mix, yellow, and grab the chocolate frosting (this font represents the frosting, in case that was not clear)...like I've done 4 billion and 11 times before. Get home, bake the cake, let it cool, then open up the frosting to find....

My droid comes with a Kindle and I've downloaded a couple of books. It's fun to carry around a library in your pocket, but the font is small. Unless I change the font size...then it's not small anymore. You can fit about 4 words on the screen at a time.

Sadly, not many got it, I'm afraid. The ratio of views to reviews is astonishingly in favor of the first. Why is that? Anyway, I changed the description to clue people in after the first review proved the general audience was not going to know what I was talking about. I really thought I included enough hints, but apparently not. The host of the contest got it though, but then I knew she would!

That ratio seems about right for around here. For some reason it's always been that way. I just checked the one and only REAL writing piece in my port and it has 159 views/ 19 reviews (in 3 years), so you're doing better than that. Funny, I forgot all about the 'Eye Color' poll from over 2 years ago. People are still voting. 99 votes so far, over 7100 views, and 22 ratings. How do you rate a poll??? I remember getting some critical reviews...haha. "not enough choices.." *Rolleyes*

As for my bucket list, I would really love to own a 3-gallon bucket someday. 5 is too big, you know? And you're so limited with what you can do with a one-gallon. My dream bucket is a 3-gallon...taupe in color, with a comfortable foam handle and a wide pour spout, not those cheap v-shaped spouts. Some day, man....some day.
