Don't Worry
A poem about casting all your cares to the Lord

Cast all your cares upon the Lord
We don't have to worry, if we pray, and read God's word

Let God hear your requests through prayer
Cast all your worries to God, and leave them there

Don't worry about things over which we have no control
We are under God's care, we should never worry or feel low

We need to place all of our worries with Jesus, who sits on the throne
As long as we have Him, our fears should be gone

So to Jesus, I will place my every care
For my home in Heaven, I will prepare

I will concentrate on how Jesus set me free
That when we get to Heaven, there will be a jubilee

When I begin to worry, I will look up to the sky
And cast my worries, to the Lord on high
