We stood silently, scarcely blinking.
The wide world, wonderfully ours.
The sun sparkled on satin skin.

I was astonished, absolutly amazed.
By his beautiful big brown eyes.
softly singing "I need you".

Until his faithful followers found him.
A crowd circled around the sun child.

As I gatherd, the guts to re-approach.
His lips parted, in a sumg smile.
And he laughed, loudly in my face.

I shrank below the bold blonde figure.
My throat thightend, I tip-toed off.

Then the rain reigned over the skys.
And droplets drew, on his darkening curls.
His follwers grew farther and farther.
Desperate eyes dared me to stay.
I simply stared straight into them.
And walked with confidence Westward home.

He stood silently, scarcely blinking.
