The Power of HIS Name
By Pennman A Shadow of Sin Crossed my Path Inviting my Spirit To Savor its Wrath Hovering over me Like a Dark Cloud Wrapping my Being Caccooned in its Shroud Fits of Rage Came over me Then It Coursed though my Veins Over and Over, again My Eyes Glazed Over My Vision was Blurred My Mind was Reeling And my Speech was Slurred And Just when I was Ready To Scream out a Curse I Cried out HIS Name and the Shadow Dispursed Then Came Relief As the Dark Rolled Away and I, on a Path No Longer Astray For I Bridled my Tongue From the Shadow of Sin And Allowed my Sweet Savior To Enter In. pennman@poetic.com
