Life fires many rounds from its stacked chambers,
Discharging generous amounts of exploding ammunition – Yet we celebrate countless victories When our praise for Him and our pride and humor remain in tact. For we are nothing if not customers At a fast food restaurant, Ordering enough quality food to fill our eagerly awaiting tummies; It is our power to exact such positive influence That can never be lost or taken away. Our souls offer the timeless gift of youthful and aging generations, Struggling through countless shifts of unbridled and maddening times – Yet, we’re constantly burning and dripping like a waxy candle, Die-hard, fiery, and saintly in effervescence and aura. But our love for Him and the idealism To hold ourselves accountable Shall continually aid us in experiencing the spectrum of glory And witnessing His deeply loving, merciful spirit…
