A letter from home
A letter from home

I hope this letter finds you well and you know how much you are missed.

We are but strangers but still I feel I must let you know someone is thinking of you.

When you feel alone sometimes remember I see the same stars you do.

I hope that thought might bring you a bit closer in spirit to me.

The night where you are is filled with uncertainty.

I can feel it too even though miles separate us.

The vast blue sky will one day bring you home.

The eagle that symbolizes our country is flying free and mighty because of you and all your brothers in arms.

May Our Father protect you

May His love surround you

May the time pass quickly for you

Remember, most of all, you are part of us all
