A tongue-in-cheek effort to remember

It seems that I
Have forgotten,
Perhaps or maybe
I never really
Understood.

Things I knew
Or thought I did
Have become
Difficult Puzzles
Without solutions.

Files to do
Unopened
For Years
Now are at the
Top of my Queue.

I need faster
More accessible
Memory.
Maybe I should
Buy anew?

Will the surgery
be difficult?
How about
Recovery time
Or side effects?

Would I
Be plagued
With headaches,
Or stitches
And glitches?
