I was just sitting outside today,
a cool breeze blew by my face birds singing and chirping, bringing a sense of tranquility to my place. I was just sitting outside today, the warm sun upon my body was thinking about old friends, our lost comradery. I was just sitting outside today, watching the innocence pass by me hoping it would last forever in all that I see I was just sitting outside today, looking at the stars lighting the sky, the sweet night air blowing by, a somber moment, a little cry, praying time will give me another try I was just sitting outside today, just thinking.
