Clarence, The Cross Eyed Cat

Clarence the cross eyed cat, not your norm,
Siamese was he, and statuesque was his form.

He loved heat, just had to be warm,
he would sleep on the radiator, when the radiator was on!

Sometimes he would jump up, break a dish, get in trouble,
but it was'nt his fault, being cross eyed, he saw double!

His favorite was green olives, mackerel, and ham,
wanted to write a book, Clarence I am, I Like Green Olives and Ham!

He was a riot to watch play, chasing the illusionary string across the floor,
I could play with him for hours, he was never a bore.

He would do "rolly overs", with the flick of a hand,
He would also play dead with a voice command!

We had Clarence for twelve adorable years.

We miss him.
