The Fight
On the full moon, a beast emerges...

On the full moon
A beast emerges
To do her dirty deeds
An angel follows
To keep her safe
A deity on each shoulder
The helpless listens
To constant bickering
Growing more intense
With every moment
Devilish thoughts
Fight against pure intentions
The arena is open
To only one spectator
For this monthly fight
Good usually overcomes
The constant curiosity
But she has been weakening
Just twenty four more fights
To hold up her title
Before she must retire
Then its not her job
To protect the helpless
From the beast
For the beast will have retired too
Needing no longer to try and persuade
The one and only spectator
