Writer's Circle Newsletter # 122
procrastination and life. |
| ********* ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** *********** Weekly Editor's Letter: I ran into a stumbling block this week while trying to write the newsletter. The block was a big one, a boulder. The name of it? Procrastination. I usually have the letter done long before the due date, this time though, procrastination got a hold of me and just wouldn’t go away. Then Easter services. Bar-B-Que, a house full of family, kid’s running here and there, everything worked together to give me the excuse of not writing a newsletter. This morning I had a Doctor appointment, by the time I finished at the drug store, I had been gone three or four hours. Then I decided to do my grocery shopping while I was out so I wouldn’t have to go back. My car insurance was due a week ago. I needed to go by and pay it. It seems procrastination stays longer each time it pays a visit. My drivers license is due in May. The Motor Vehicle Department sent me a renewal form last month. All I have to do is send a check to receive the new license in the mail. I haven’t done it yet. The bottom line? No letter. I thought about apologizing to you, but then I thought no, I needn’t, because everyone runs into a snag once in a while. I am sorry though. I hate times like this when I seem to lose control. I promise to do better next month, ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| Featured Works From Our Members:
