Strange Customers

There are many shades of customers.
I had an elderly lady tell me to, "Spit blood."
She wanted to return a DVD that she had opened.
Of course the policy on returned DVD or CD is
"It must not be opened for copy write issues."
The store cannot resells a previously opened DVD,
because that is a new product called "Used."

Another customer went on a hour tantrum about the
stupid store return policy.
He wanted to return a used toilet seat, because it was
too hard. But, a used toilet seat is hazardous material
and the store policy forbids taking back hazardous material.
He did have his receipt, so I gave him an in store credit.
I zeroed out the toilet seat and tossed it in the trash cart.

Another customer put his hands on me...
He laughed when he had unjammed the nail gun,
he wanted to return.
And then he pointed the loaded nail gun at me
and walked calmly out of the store.
That annoyed me.

I called security, but nothing was done.

Christmas is intense at Walmart.
A customer demanded a new lawn decoration,
because not all the lights lit up on the one he purchased.
The illuminated reign deer, he wanted, was sold out.
Christmas decoration aren't replenished.
I offered an in store credit.
The customer took it and wished me to
drop dead.

There are fist fights and knife fights
on Black Friday sales and all through the mad
holiday rush.

Most customers are polite.
