Proverbs 4:14-17 Avoid Bad Company

14. Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.

15. Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.

16. For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.

17, For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence.

Some people make the bread of wickedness and the wine of violence their daily food. I never will understand people who do evil purely for the sake of evil. I was very wicked at one time but I don't think I ever just lived to do evil. I can't imagine having such a cold heart.

I would have to say that this author is correct. It is human frailty to make mistakes. We all do it. Editing those mistakes is usually something I best leave up to others. When I go to edit I end up making dozens of changes and the first thing you know the piece is not even the same piece.

I agree. God never gives us anything that He expects us to keep. He gives us gifts to help those around us and to make the world a better place.
