Blogging is a bust. My blog collects dust.

I'm tired of begging, shedding, getting hurt.

It has no ambiance, no audience, spare purpose.

Even my focused blogs don't work.

People prefer re-posting memes and monetizing rage;

AI pictures of people and flowers instead of the real thing [reality].

It's the age we live in... sadly.

Newsfeed is a good option. A short blogette for those who want soundbites with a link for those who want more.

Trip. Allen will pick me up in the morning, 9-ish.

Showered... All I had to do yesterday was ask for a towel.
Lost my debit card but finally found it. Spent an hour looking for it. Super stressed.
17:43 and the day was wasted so I'll take an evening stroll.
Breakfast was very good.
Chat. 3 young teachers from Hong Kong (30, math; 26, English; 24, history).
Watched parts of "Intern".

Electrifying

2nd place for "Round 8"  
The public sleigh wasn't running today and this old horse-of-a-sort struggled to reach Karegnondi City and the Spires of Freedom. We were trapped in traffic in a suburb of shards out on Georgian Bay.

Thoughts:

We carried a hundred kilos of fish we had harvested, enough to feed us and our neighbors through this Season of Starvation that our ancestors had once called March. We made haste in spite of the added weight. The storm was approaching from Hudson Bay. It was Wednesday and the ice glimmered in a shade of indigo.

February: Babiana wasn't just a Black Hand with a stiletto up her sleeve. Her father had butchered/chopped-up pigs and goats with a knife/blade like the one she grasped behind her back.

Weekly goals "Goals for 2/5-2/11"  

*Checkr* Finalize travel to Taiwan (leaving 2/12). Hostel *X*, seats on plane *Check*, packing *X*, contact friends (mostly done).
*Checkr* Wash clothes by Sunday morning to have dry by Monday morning. Ready for the morning.
*Checkr* Clean kitchen area and throw out stuff, remove dead plants and rearrange live ones. Progress.
*Checkb* Contact people who need to know I'm 1. leaving Montana and 2. going back to Thailand. Mostly done. I've been telling everyone.
*Checkv* Decide on paying rent here in MT (how many months in advance). Wrote a check for 4 months taking me through the end of July.
