| This will be extremely brief. My ride to church will be here in 35 minutes. My didn’t take me to the gym today. Jim thought walking there would be bad for my heart or something. My heart results came back fine though. My mom looked it up and it is actually good for my triglycerides and the other is wrong with my blood. My whole diet will change at least until I can get it under control. For dinner I had a bare burger with salt, pepper and mustard. It was okay – a little boring though. lol. Tonight the group is going to Wendy’s. But I must abstain. My mom said that she red on the net that soon trans fats will disappear entirely in fast foods and elsewhere. The FDA has found that people are dying from them. Teenagers are dying from trans-fat over loads. Jim wants me to totally abandon coffee creamer. He wants me to use hazelnut almond milk instead. Perhaps until I get things under control will I go back to minimal cream. It’s supposed to be a high of 83 degrees next week. I’m looking forward to that. lol. My sister shot me a picture of her truck shadow on some rock. Well I have to stop. Goodnight. |
| I’m skipping games tomorrow. I played for an hour and I feel fried. I did work on my story for that contest. I forget the name. The follow-up doc’s visit was good and bad. My heart is okay but my bloodwork is less than fine. It has to do with my good and bad cholesterol being very out of-wack. I was prescribed some vitamin D but my insurance won’t pick it up because it’s over the counter as well. I don’t know what the other prescription is for. I need to go back to the gym. That will really help. My follow up is in three months. I haven’t heard anything from Tobber for the longest time. Come to think of it, things have been pretty quiet lately over all in the FSFS. So far none have offered to take up the mantle and lead the group in Matt’s stead. I could use the practice from the Thrice Prompted. But I need someone to read them. I just left a message on the HUB about the issue. It’s pretty nice today-only 93 degrees. My mom and I are watching Lillo and Stitch two. It’s a cute funny movie. Let’s see what else? I just texted Gio. I hope he gets back to me. Chris Pratt was being a little derogatory on a talk show. He says he’s a Christian but he does movies like Passengers. I wonder about him. Jim will be going on his vacation next month. I don’t know when exactly. He deserves it. He’ll still be working his job at Albertson’s. What else can I write? I think I’ve had it with games. DBFZ will be the last game I ever get. From then on it’s all writing. For Christmas I want good Christian Fantasy books. I need to feed my muse. I’ve just been reading Christian supernatural books by Bill Myers. They’re good but I crave out and out fantasy like Jon White or to a lesser degree Stephan Lawhead. There’s little magic, elves, gnomes and castles and such. My mom and I finished the last episode of Dragon Prince. I hope it continues. It’s a good series. It was a pretty small gathering at the meeting last night. It was about sexual control and the folly of fornication. He read a moderate commentary too. The small amount of people was relaxing. An older lady I know, was talking of her bout with anxiety attacks and free floating anxiety. She mentioned something about Valerian Root. It is a herb that really relaxes the body apparently according to her. Her name is Jacky. Well, that is it for now. Goodbye. |
| I’m a little beat. I’ve spent three hours on a Writer’s Cramp entry. It may win. I enjoyed writing it. There were few things I had to correct. I’m fried so I may have missed more. I may go back after some music. lol. I’m tired. My mom is making stir-fry for dinner with peanuts it smells like. She is using eggs and chicken with bagged stir-fry vegetables. Chad has not called yet. But he probably will after 8 P.M. sometime. He’s all jazzed about his newest statue: a Cane one from Robocop 2. He’s paying like a $1,000 for it! He chooses this over health. Sad, so sad. I stop writing at 7 P.M and it’s 6:11 P.M. I still need to address my chapter access problem. I will probably transfer all my other chapters into another file. Then put in my 2nd chapter from my flash drive in place of my missing chapter on my hard drive. If that makes sense. lol. I will have to forego my two anniversary reviews. I’m just too tired. I didn’t hit the PS4 today. I think I will give it a rest tomorrow too. I need to read some for that matter. It’s Saturday tomorrow and that means no gym required. (= I want to get up early and do some WdC stuff and read. Above all I want to have a good quiet time. I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall be continually in my mouth. My soul shall makes its boast in the Lord. The humble shall hear of it and be thankful. O magnify the Lord with me. Let us exalt His name together. | Today has been alright. I did my quiet time and then I went to Walgreens to get my meds. When I came home I hit the PS4. I played or an hour and a half. That was too much. lol. I think I’m going to give games a break for a few days. I’m still in the midst of looking up publishers to submit for. I watched a YouTube vid of a writer who says not to give query letters even if an agent asks for one. He was pretty austere. The individual said give paper copies mailed to the publisher/agent even if they only asked for an emailed section of your story. I will try this person’s way and the query way. I don’t want to spread myself too thin. lol. I did two anniversary reviews. Both of them had a four star average rating; I gave that for mine as well. Chad sent me a link. It was about an old GameCube sonic game that has an unreadable message on the ground of one of its stages. It’s way too small and blurry to make out. The vid made me curious. Jim is off today. He just got home. Tomorrow is my last chance to go the gym this week. I could have gone at 5:30 A.M. but that I would have had only six hour of sleep. Then I got up at about 9 A.M. Later when I went to get my meds it was 86 degrees. It was nice. My mom and I were watching Trollhunters again. lol. I can’t wait until the sequel series starts. And I like my poetry to be in the fantasy genre. It’s the same way with my stories. If I get up in time and go to the gym, I will enter the Cramp if the prompt suits me. | I’m still out of it. My eye still aches a bit, my throat has just started hurting, and also my ear. And to boot, my back upper and lower right jaw teeth hurt. I have at least two cavities. )= I’m praying that’s it. lol. My mom and I just came from the store for some soft taco ingredients. YUM!! I’m looking forward to that. Gio replied to my text from yesterday. He apologized for forgetting to reply and wished me a good day. Then I just kind of asked if he needed prayer. He got back to me. He asked me to pray for his guidance and that he might have wisdom. He then asked me and I mentioned my anxiety, my novel that needs publishing, and I said I have social issues. He then came back with a relatively long reply God being the real miracle worker and how he takes care of him. Also He does things in his own timing. I’ll hit him up in a week and see how he fares. I miss Matt. I do. I have prayed he’ll come back to me. But, I must listen to God’s will - whatever that is. My mom and Jim are watching America’ s Got Talent. I figured out what I wanted to found put concerning Word 2010. No I have to get how to get how to deal with my query letter cover page. I need to make it unnumbered. I watched the whole process on one YouTube vid about how to do it but I forgot. lol. It should be easy. Next I need to find out how to do a cover page. I’ll go to YouTube for that too. my poor mom was feeling unwell while we were in the store in line. She gave me the card and she went to the truck. We needed to go to get some gas and pick up my meds. My mom was like “Tomorrow.” It looks like I’ll be staying home from church again. )= My mom and Jim won’t let me go for sure. The group is going to a breakfast place called Sweet Pokes! I love breakfast! I hit the PS4 for an hour. I was slaughtered some. lol. This one dude was just wiping the floor with me. I did casual and ranked matches. But for my ranked matches, it was set on same rank. The people I played with were a lot better than me. I had fun though. Chad will be calling soon. | Good afternoon Las Vegas!! It be hot but not in the triple digits. The high for this day is 98 degrees. I had to go to the store for toiletries. My mom always gets Biotene toothpaste. And I get Sensodyne. Biotene is for dry mouths; Sensodyne is for sensitives teeth obviously. I got out of bed at about 9:30 A.M. he got called in early to cover another worker’s hours. He was supposed go to work at 3:45 P.M. He’ll be back soon. Psalm 86:12 I will praise you O lord my God with all my heart and I will glorify your name for evermore Psalm 50: 14-15. Offer thanksgiving to God and pay your vows to the Most high. You will call to me in the day of trouble, I will deliver you and you will glorify Me. I generally try to pick out verses from the handouts from Most Excellent Way. I texted Craig for a ride there but he was working on another part of town. So I texted Bob. He didn’t get back to me. lol. I wasn’t and still am not feeling too well. On top of that, I am having aching teeth I’m sure are cavities. Maybe God will hear me as I pray for none. Jim uses this black toothpaste. It made my sink look like someone put tar all inside it. It rinsed off with no problem. I met Jim in the store. He was not busy at the moment. Hence forth I will be brushing three times a day. I eat throughout the day except when I do frozen pizzas for dinner. I like to eat healthier and get deli-meats at Smith’s. Their honey maple Turkey is delicious! I also get the Private Select Swiss cheese – the store brand that is. My mom likes what I like. So I’m revved up about submitting my novel for the first time! I still need to start each page number starting with previous page number. I’ll YouTube that question. I texted Gio. I just said high. He may not get back to me though. )= Since I’ve been unwell, I have not played DBZ at all. I prayed that the Lord will help me to push games a bit aside so I can write and such more so and He has! I have not been feeling like plying. There is not as much interest to them for a few days. I have 17 anniversary reviews. And there are twelve days until October. Chad is the same way. Dell Taco switched hours on him without notice. He happened to call them for some reason. That’s how he found out. Jared, my friend, was texting me while we were in Trader Joe’s. It was brief. He was procrastinating to do his homework. He was playing computer games – Fortnight and a game called Path of Exile. It sounds like a fantasy RPG. So I was watching a You Tube vid on how to put a header just on the first page of a document. It was a little cumbersome. But I got it one time. Then I forgot how to do it. lol. In case it is not obvious, I am preparing to submit my novel. First I want some examples on YouTube of query letters. I asked Amanda if anyone was disqualified like I was for her contest. I’m still waiting for a reply. I hope my next entry is better. lol. I texted Ann twice and she has not gotten back to me. What’s up with that?! Oh well. Jim will be taking his two week vacation next month for two weeks. He deserves it. Chad called me on the way to his mom’s house. It was a very brief conversation. He seems to be doing emotionally well. He is all hung up on his replica light saber. Chad works tomorrow and the next day. Well, it is getting late. Goodbye. |
| Today has been well. I didn’t go to the gym though. )= I got out of bed at about 10:30 A.M. I’d say. I made coffee with my new coffee maker! It made a great cup of joe. I only had one cup. I’ll have two tomorrow. So I did two anniversary reviews. I was going to do this one story that had two awardicons, bit I think the author age way too much description. All the books I read do not do that. Most I’ve read really on action and dialog moat of all. But there are obviously people who thrive on super rich description. lol. I hit the PS4 for about 40 minutes. I looked on my phone and Chad called three times. I was playing DBFZ when I checked my phone. A little while later I called Chad back. As usual, he was rambling. So I did not comprehend much. lol. We did reminisce about Simpson’s scenes. I told him it is the longest running cartoon ever. He said the original TMNT cartoon came close at that time. Ah, childhood memories… Chad wasn’t off Halloween. He wasn’t to dawn his Jason mask. I told him it is an evil holiday. He brushed me of more or less. When will his eyes be opened concerning everything– all in God’s timing. Something very scary happened to our handyman Lonnie. He woke up from sleep and he couldn’t breathe. He went to the hospital. We’ll find out what’s wrong. Maybe this is a time to witness to him. I prayed for him. I went to Walgreens for my meds. Myra, that chick I had a crush on, was misinformed about something concerning my lab results for the last two months. I said I was going to print it out, but she didn’t know I could do that. lol. The lady my mom spoke to vouched for me. They did give me a week’s worth of Clozapine. We’ll just give them the blood results tomorrow I think. Jim is at work. He gets off at 6:30 P.M. I hope he has a good night. Starting tomorrow I will really buckle down with preparing my story for submission. I have to start someday. lol. A.E. Wilcox has not reviewed my chapter yet. I want to print out my first three chapters and give it to Pastor Chuck. He reads. I can’t wait for the results of the two contests I entered. | Technically I’m not supposed to be doing this as it is after 7 P.M. But I want to put something. Well I slept pretty well last night even with the heart monitor hooked up to me chest. Yesterday When I came home I thought I may have leaned up against the edge of the counter and pushed a button on my waist unit. I was really distraught. Then a called up the doc’s office. I told that the unit screen was flashing military time. She said it was nothing to worry about. I’m so happy it’s off. I also got four vials of blood drawn. I’m scheduled to go back for the blood and heart results in a week. I got my new coffee maker delivered to my door. It’s simple to use: you fill up the water container, put coffee grinds in the filter than you press on. It can make as much as 20 oz. at one time. That’s more than my coffee cup I use. Well, it’s late. I will bid the ado. |
| So my mom got me up early at about 6:50 A.M. The plan was to be on one of the first walk ins at the doc’s office. We were them told to come back at 10 A.M. So, we got my blood drawn; that was pretty quick getting done. Then we went to this new breakfast place near the doc’s office. My mom had an IPhone electronic coupon. It was 50% off with an order of $30 or more. I tried their coffee. It was strong enough. But I had to put in lots of crème and sugars for it to be drinkable. I got a $13 meal that I boxed at the end. Then my mom and I went back to the doc’s and the dude was right on time. His first name was Dominick. He was very friendly and cordial. I told about my heart issue. He then said I was to wear a holster heart monitor. Basically, it is several electrodes stuck to my chest that are connected to a small monitoring unit fitted to me waist. It was all fine and dandy. Then I noticed I as lawing against the table like I always do, I was pressing against the unit. I did this a few times. I thought I pressed some of the buttons. Then I saw the little screen on the waist unit; it was flashing in military time. I think messed with the clock more precisely. Oh well. I’ll find out tomorrow. lol. No reason to worry. Jim must have worked an 8 hour shift today. My mom and I have been home since 1 P.M. It’s 6:30 now. Tomorrow is Jim’s Monday at Caesars Palace. I have to be at the doc’s office at 10:30 A.M. I just walk in, go into the bathroom, take off my electrodes then hand them to the receptionist desk. I will tell them what the screen displayed. I may have to do it over again. lol. I just texted Gio. He’ll get back to me eventually. Maybe we could hang out. I called Chad. He was off today. He works tomorrow. He wants off on Halloween. He requested it off. He wants to dawn his Jason mask. Jim just got home. I spent $30 at Costco. Jim used my card. I’m a little tired. I haven’t been moving around very much due to my electrodes.
