Hi - Is there another part to this story? Is this the ending of it? OML!!!! This was amazingly excellent. I loved reading it. I felt like I was part of the story looking at both and partially him and her. Your writing is well thought out and put together. I actually teared up with both characters. The letter he wrote to her is so compelling - I would really love to read more. I don't even want the review points I want more of this story.

By any means am I a poetry person. Never really understood how to read them and most words never made sense to me. This poem here I understood and I really enjoyed reading it. It made me remember my girls as babies, what my real dreams are and I can actually picture myself of the person in the poem.

Thank you for writing a lovely simple BUT extremely strong poem. Your writing was a joy for me to read.

Review of Life

I always tell my daughters to live the life they want and to make sure that it makes them happy. Life’s lessons are harder if you don’t have anyone to warn you about the misgivings of others, how to deal with certain situations and making choices that affect the long term not the short. I want them to be prepared – as much as I can – all of the moments. I tell them that these days are theirs and make the most of them. I tell them that following others will not benefit and making sure they turn out to be their own, individual person. My 14 year old is tried out for the boy’s football team and I AM HER NUMBER 1 FAN @ EVERY GAME. She had gotten laughed at by her girl peers BUT they stopped as soon as she scored THE FIRST TOUCHDOWN THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR. She went after what she wanted and is living her life the way she wants. My 19 year is a registered nurse now because she didn’t follow any one. I hope to have them living a beautiful life my looking beyond my mistakes.

Review of Illusions

Ever had that feeling where you know how the ending is going to be and it turns out to be something completely different. This was not it... I smile as I type this because I was thinking to myself, imagine if this is how an insect feels? What would it be like to be a fly on the wall? Then I think to myself, can I or rather do I really want to be an insect.

Your story was funny and made me say eww a few times even before the ending.

Reminds me of Joe's Apartment - the movie lol. Good read. Thank you.

Wow!!! I was spool not expecting That! I love, love this.. it gripped me from the beginning and kept me waiting for the end (I didn't cheat). I was expecting him to meet Jimmy or be surprised with a visit. I read the story 3 times to make sure I was reading it correctly.
GREAT writing, the characters are well written and thought out. I wanted to hug and squeeze Jimmy jus t make him feel better and I could relate to Eve when my dad left me.

Thank you for a great read!

Review of Love's Legacy

Funny how family secrets usually always come out through the eyes of the young.

This was a really good read. It definitely wasn't the type of family secret that I was expecting but it grabbed me just as quickly. I liked the brother and wish that I had one all my life. I got stuck with 4 sisters. I got a sense of closeness between brother, sister and grandma.

I can relate to the grandma and memory lane moments - I am starting to have them myself.

I really enjoyed reading this story and hopefully it's not finished. Would love to know what other secrets grandma is hiding and the grand kids!!!

This story brought memories of my mom and us at the park at a young age. It was the last time all 7 of us were together and "Life" hadn't interrupted yet. I could still ear my father counting and my sisters and I laughing while playing by the 1 single swing each waiting our turn.

Thank you for this story.
