THis is a wonderful short story. You grabbed my attention and held it throughout. Your descriptions and your style of storytelling is very entertaining. Keep writing.
This poem depicts hope in the midst of utter devestation. What an awesome read. What a wonderful promise we share that when we lose a precious loved one, it is only for a short span in God's eternal plan.
Another praiseworthy poem and a very difficult concept to embrace. Praying for your enemies is very challenging, but exactly what God's Word says we should do. He can change anyones heart, our responsibility is to pray. Great job.
That was a great poem. I liked how your writing built the reader's emotions toward an epic ending, which got our adrenaline pumping, and then you added a delightful twist. I enjoyed it a lot.
This poem shows the depth of pain that someone goes through when anxiety overwhelms them. I have written a poem about fear and worry and would encourage to read it. It has helped me as I too struggle with overwhelming fear and worry. Item #1372657 in my Portfolio.
This poem clearly portrays the true circle of life. In fact, I was talking about this very thing with my granddaughter this morning. What a coincidence.
One word that I found that I think you misspelled was in the fourth stanza, 1st sentence "voce" should be "voice".
Other than that it was a great read. Keep writing.
That certainly gets you thinking with only a few words. How many times, have I hung up on telemarketers, maybe I should reconsider. Awesome job. Keep writing.
That was a wonderfully nostalgic story. I felt warm inside reading the references to the grandmother and the house that she lived in. It brought back a lot of memories. Great job.
I felt like I was on a roller coaster ride reading your poem. You grabbed me from the beginning and held me during the entire poem. My emotions went from high to low to high at an amazing speed. It is a great write. I loved it. Good luck with the contest.
Good poem, I can feel the hurt, yet resolve in this child's heart. A determination and need for survival of the spirit is shown throughout the poetry. It is very sad to think that parents berate and belittle their children. It is a challenge to all parents to step back and look at how we respond to our kids.
Keep writing.
What a great story, with a great ending. I enjoyed it very much. It truly shows our humanity and what we value, instead of what's important. It would make a great Christmas Program play. Thank you very much for sharing.
