That was a very descriptive engaging story. I have very similar memories and the nostalgia your story created was very enjoyable. I think the social part of most kid's lives, outside of school, is being done away with and replaced by indoor electronic games, computers, tv shows etc. The creativity, fun and comraderie that we shared as kids playing outside after school and on weekends was invaluable to our formation as adults.
