Worries are part of life. They keep coming at various times, in various types and vanishing only to be followed by new worries. No one's life is free from worries. The poem brings out this fact through the scenes of the sea, the tides, movement of waves back and forth, now ebbing and now flowing, but never stopping. Quite interesting.
