Thank you for requesting me to review your short story! And thank you for reading my Pickle Kids stories.

I enjoyed this story! I could see Craig and all the scouts camping. My son was a scout too, and went all the way to Eagle. So I understand the other kids picking on the kid they saw as a "know it all".

Some of the sentences are a little long and maybe should be shortened. I use a lot of dialog in my stories between the characters. I was always taught that a different paragraph was necessary for different speakers. I am 74 and have not been in school in a long time, so this could have changed.

I did not find any misspelled words or bad grammar. I am not a grammar expert. I have had a lot of reviews that have corrected my grammar! I have had very helpful reviews on my writing.

When I am writing my stories, the kids take over and I write what they say. I hear them in my head and go where they lead.

I did try to ride my bike after many, many years! I got a little way and then fell, the bike on top of me, and could not get up. Avery nice gentleman and his son stopped and helped me get up and watched until I got home. Bike riding is out for me!
