Thank you, Ruby for honorary mention in the 6 month long Blog Ring Contest!
Things in my life which cross my thoughts enough to write about. How I feel, Why I'm feeling like I'm feeling, etc...
The entries in this blog is in no way, shape or form targeted to worrying about correct mechanics. I'm just using it like a diary and rushing my thoughts out on paper. So, some of it may read like jumbled thoughts I am well-aware that it lacks proper structure and punctuation in some places.

What gets written in it, I really don't have a clue...join me, if you wish, in my journey.
This Blog is now CLOSED. I will be opening a new one soon. Putting to rest a lot of negative things that went on in my life during the duration of this blog. Thanks for joining me during my journies.

The bible is not the written word of god. those Gospels were written 85-90 years after jesus died so the people who wrote them, number one, had no connection with Jesus and, number two, had no connection with the people who had a connection with Jesus. it is full of contradictions and ideas that are purely man-made. I too study the bible and it is contradictory to mainstream catholic and christian beliefs. And for the picture, Jesus was from the middle east he would have been very much darker then your drawing and in Exodus [20:4] God says 'You shall not make any carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in the heaven above' there is only one true God. anyone who wants more information my email address is eoin.p.whelan@gmail.com.
I was searching the net and came across this. I am a memeber of other forums and it seems to me that only the neg. post get more attention than the pos. ones. That's why i was doing this search. I found myself in a bashing match with a few people and felt I was being attack for asking a simple question, it really got ugly...I also found myself talking in a way I never thought I would to other people. Anyways it got UGLY.
Well needless to say on this one forum where I was acting in such a childish way I felt like I was being attacked with a threat. So I went to a local forum and asked if it sounded like a threat to them....Of course they said I asked for it, and I got offinsive. It only made things worse for me...I felt attacked again...
I admitted to my wrong doings but it done no good to them.
What I'm asking is. Why do people thrive on the neg. and just ignore all the pos.?
It's mind boggling to me....and reading your story really helped me see myself at times being a..."Drama Queen" and it's not me...
Thanks for shareing and letting me vent(I Guess)
WOW! That's quite a list, darling. That would have been hard for anyone to keep up with. Hope things are going well for you. It's been too long since we chatted. I miss you! Hope 2008 has many blessings in store for you and your family.
I would say that's not a bad list to look back on and go thru. And you do have a life, so live it! Whihc is just what you've been doing!!!
Sure some things you've acieved, others not, but you can be proud of what you've done! And you can now make a new list for the things you still want to achieve. Redefine your goals, the things you feel you can accomplish.
Goals are certainly different than resolutions. With goals, there is more room for error so you're more likely to get some progress made on them. Resolutions are more firm and seem almost impossible.
Yeah, I just made that up, but you seemed to have proved it by what you have accomplished from your list and what you've made progress on and the things you didn't finish.
I've been tagged! Haha! Tracey, I love that pic of you in your blog's introduction. It's so nice to put a face to a name. I FIRMLY believe in intution. My sister is intutitive like that. I think I could be if I wanted to tap into it. The other night I had a dream. My son, Joseph, came to me and told me, "I love you, Mommy and Daddy." It absolutely warmed my heart. Joseph is 13 months old and hasn't quite mastered speech, but I believe he was reaching out to me in my dream to give me that message. I'll update my blog in a bit. Steph
That's great. I would love to see your poetry journal.
Poetry journals are a lot of fun. My first one had 50 entries. After I started another one, SM raised the number of collections we can have in a journal. Now, I am adding to both of them.
I want to apologize for somewhat disappearing for the last few months. Believe me it wasn't planned. SO much happened within such a short period of time- having 2 sisters die and my brother missing so long- not to mention the things my own family (my kids and remaining living sister) was going through, I was battling my own demons to say the least.
But now I'm back going strong (well maybe not as strong as I use to- ), but strong, never-the-less.

I started working on a Poetry Journal and I'm so excited on how it's turning out. What a great and unique way to display writings that are near and dear to one's heart.
I type out the poem and print up pictures and graphics that corespond with that particular writing. I also hand journal some of the thoughts and emotions I may have been going through at that time, to show how I may have came up with that particular piece.

Things that happen in life will often cause us to reflect upon the past. Sometimes it's easy to see where the roads forked off, other times it is often blurred.
It's nice when we can look back and know that some major decisions brought us to a good place in our lives- today, in the present. A couple of days ago, I read in Party's blog about hiking and skiing (without skis- forgot the name for it) and it reminded me of the time when me and hubby were young and living in NE Georgia.
