Luffy Ripped a Special Map in Half by Accident

"I can't BELIEVE you would do that Luffy!" Usopp yelled. Luffy put his hands up in a defensive position. He looked down at the map and felt his sweaty face panic a bit more then when he initially realized just how big of a mistake he had made.
This was one of Nami's special maps! He had ripped it right in half!
"It was an accident! Really. I just wanted to look see and I didn't mean to destroy any of it... I just..." Luffy groaned with his fists clenched. He was frustrated with himself this time. Usopp sighed.
"Oh man.... well... it's not like there's really anything you can do about it now." Usopp pondered. "You're gonna have to tell her!"
"WHAT?!" Luffy's face darkened in a panic. "I... I can't do that! SHE'D DEMOLISH ME! No way! Nuh-uh! This doesn't leave this room! It can't-!" Luffy was freaking out. He couldn't even believe he was in this position let alone trying to fight for a reason to keep it from being known. Usopp wasn't having that though. He knew how special this was to Nami and if it wasn't going to reach her ears the person responsible for it was certainly going to be punished.
It was his captain though. However, his flustered state made him look vulnerable. Almost babyish. Tons of ideas began to flood Usopp's mind. Finally, something devious crossed his mind. He wasn't sure he could get away with it but it was the coolest, most OUT THERE thing he could think of that actually seemed possible.
"I guess that means you need to be punished...and I have the best idea too,"Usopp said with a devilish grin. L
Luffy gulped. He didn't like it when Usopp had ideas that were against him. He was about to ask what it was when he noticed a gleam in Usopp's eye. Usopp jumped on Luffy an grabbed a hook tied to some rope nearby. Usopp then hooked the hook through Luffys tighty-whities!
"HA! It worked!" Usopp shouted.
"HEY! There's a hook in my briefs! What are you doing?" Luffy shouted, blushing a bit in shock.
Usopp wasted no more time. He then climbed the mast and tied the rope on a peg on the side of the mast. It would seem that Usopp had tied the rope high enough too because Luffy was hanging mid-air getting a full on wedgie!
"Usopp! Please get me down! My man-hood is hurting real bad!",Luffy cried. The wedgie was fierce and tearing into his balls like no one's business.
Chopper actually looked up and over and saw him hanging there. "WHOA!"
