You decide you should visit the T Ward, a ward at Gigglegates which is reserved for hardcore treatments and where all the patients are required to always be stark naked.
As you enter the T Ward, you hear howls, wails, begging, screaming, frantic laughter and squealing from all the padded cells, treatment rooms and wash rooms. You also see patients, some of them walk but some are carried or dragged kicking and screaming into their next treatment session. The head nurse hands you a sheet which you use to decide which patient to help treat.
Patient 1 was 26 year old Becky. She had excruciating sensitivity to anything on her soles and toes, so she had sessions where her bare feet would be painted with ticklish artist brushes, touched and rubbed with cold things like ice or freezing cold wash cloths, licked by doctors, massaged using feather gloves and treated with pedicures.
Patient 2 was 30 year old Mindy. She had escaped numerous times so she was restrained in a special latex suit which made her entire body more sensitive. If she tried to run, vibrators on the inside of the suit would send her screaming into a world of ticklishness She was ticklish all over her body and would break down at just the mention of another tickling session. The thing that makes her scream the loudest is anything licking her armpits, so the doctors and nurses here have cats, dogs, goats or even their own tongues drive her nuts.
Patient 4 was 25 year old Tammy. Her breasts were highly sensitive, so much so that just blowing onto her nipples made her convulse in ticklishness. She hated the wash rooms as it involved having her ticklish breasts soaped up and scrubbed, which was enough to have her sobbing in ticklish agony in just a few minutes.
Patient 5 was 29 year old Addison. She hated being naked as her genitals were her panic spot. The nurses and doctors here have found the best treatment to be Genital Stimulation Therapy for over an hour. She is injected with a stimulant so she can't pass out and tickled on her genitals with feathers, brushes and vibrators while she shrieks in ticklish torment.
