Grieving Against whose heart would I rest? Upon whose warmth would I rely? To what other person could I go, To hear childhood lullabies? On whose steady arm could I lean? On whose gentle spirit could I cry? Toward what other face would I gaze To trust with all I hold inside? Where would I go in this life? What direction would I choose to begin? How would I find what is missing? When I'd be missing my closest friend?
