Christmas Cheer
Christmas cheer Dispels fear None’s lonely or forlorn When the King was born. Dawn of hope On sad old Judea Today too, the idea Makes us cope With the rough and tumble On life’s uneven paths. Christmas renews resilience To win the war, clear the trouble. Spectacular Christmas trees The singsong of sleigh bells Shining colorful lights Loving and lustrous gifts Midnight mass And the baby Jesus Beckon us humans To find the inner Paradise.
