PROMPT: July 19th - What are your weekend plans? If this weekend isn’t noteworthy, share your plans for an upcoming weekend or a past weekend that is worth writing about. Weekend Plans My plans this week end is to attempt to write 6-8 poems dedicated to the Bab to celebrate the Bicentenary of His birth. I have finished 40 poems, and need to finish 160 more before October 29. I have to proofread the letter from the editor for Spiritual newsletter for the Deadline July 29. The only other things I'm planning on doing is surveys and review. The weekend devotional at the Las Vegas Baha'i Center will be on July 28, so I probably won't leave the house this weekend for much of anything. It gets too hot here in the afternoon to do anything outside.
DAY 2038: "There comes a time when you have to choose between turning the page and closing the book."~Josh Jameson Use this quote in your entry today. Choices Choices! I love choices! Sometimes, I have difficulty making them, but that doesn't prevent me from loving them. I love choices, because the teach me about myself and encourage me to listen to my intuition the next time I have a choice to make.
DAY 2434: "People who follow all the rules and chase every trend tend to get forgotten - they look great, but they're not as memorable." ~ Dita Von Teese What are your thoughts about this trending quote? Are you a rule follower or a rule breaker? Following the Rules To follow the rules, or to break them that is the question. Is it better to follow the rules or to break them? Is it better to break the rules or to follow them? That depends upon the circumstances and who has to make the choice. |
