I ran away from my anger and anxiety for decades after witnessing my baby brother killed by a drug addict.
You are so right. Physical exercise always helped me to get back on my feet after a setback from anxiety
and/or depression. When I got older, exercise was no longer an option, at least not near as effectively.
Since weening me onto a newer group of medications for anxiety, depression and delusions my livelihoods changed drastically. Reading, writing, deep thought, and conversation have helped me to recover from nearly all of my symptoms. A little exercise helps me out, too. I couldn't be happier with the progress I have made. This wouldn't have been possible without The Lord's guiding hand all through my ordeal. He is the reason I can write so well, read with comprehension and feel plain good about beginning each day. PTL!
