This poem depicts some intense emotions of depression , but then again the ending denotes light ., hope , a heart that can sing a melody and seeing a definite recovery in the future . Writing is a good outlet for expressive thoughts so write on .

it could have been best , if I had read this to my hubby a vet ,,,but I bid him adieu last March not because of the hero's battle but due to illness ...I treasure the flag they creatively folded and gave to me the sound of taps still echos in my mind and the love he had given me for 35 yrs is so greatly appreciated esp. this thanksgiving ...so I join you in giving honor to our soldiers who fought for those they'll never knew ..

I really enjoyed reading this . I loved reading this poem ,it gives life it's meaning ,The context is about the past ,nothing much you can do ,they become pointless regrets, yet you can learn lessons from them, the future will remain a mystery but decisions made can sometimes shape the future , more importantly be thankful for today ,the gift of life is bestowed upon you as the present ,,It's well written ,,,keep writing .

this is a verry well written eulogy , painting a portrait with words that most describe Harmony,The context is mostly about her life , her character who had touched so many people's lives as she was a likeable person,had a good sense of humor ,always maintained her cool ,believed in helping others and live a good christian life.It's hard to comprehend that life can be taken at a tender age of 21 when some of us are just starting to know life at that age and looking forward to the future. wow! how wonderful love can be ,as whispered in thine ear only to reckon her dying moments .you never fear to be alone ,with faith in your heart you knew that your love for each other will be eternally and the hope that she'll be in heaven waiting for thee .I love reading this poem as it is beyond romance and I'm definitely a romantic .The tone is sad , the imagery is about endearing yet priceless memories, the rhyme and rhythm is superb, need I say more why I gave it a 5?

Like war technology is inevitable.God gave men knowledge to use technology . The world will get smaller and the gospel of His 2nd coming will be spread all over the world. It started with a religious war , it will probably end that way too , That is if you believe in the Bible as manifested in the book of revelation .I agree men were born free , free to choose . So whatever we do , It is a matter of choice. We are also given a gift or talent and the knowledge to use it wisely. we are not robots. Globalization is sometimes a disadvantage . Jobs were taken out to other countries for cheap labor. Movies, TV's , internet technology , can affect us and can alter our culture and traditions if we let them . As parents it is our fundamental task to counsel our children and direct them to be a good child, adult , parent or grandparent . Life is a cycle . Life is God's gift to us . Great writing , Keep on !

This poem had touched my heart. The title is fitting.This poem is written by your heart and mind that also painted a beautiful portrait of your mother who had a heart of gold.and had given you unconditional love .The imagery is filled with emotions of love , despair , regrets ( not much time with her ) loneliness, joy and hope . Anything philosophical always interest me .The title is fitting , The imagery is vivid , explicit ,emotional , and expressive of your very own perception of life . You don't have to agree with me ,,but I believe before creation there is already a plan for salvation.In this world. there is only man and woman and the battle between good and evil .Although we can't choose our parents , our life's journey is dependent on how we choose our destination. Since historical time God always placed country's leaders ,as war is inevitable.Now we 're back to religious wars gradually demoralizing our country. Due to the economic chaos ,people tend to turn to religion for comfort Unfortunately some worship another human who hasn't even resurrected himself.The life , death and ressurrection of Jesus is one powerful truth that shows us the light .Wisdom of the world is sometimes just foolishness .His 2nd coming can prove that His victory over evil will end life's unfairness . Eternal life is the prize .
