| I'm alive. All is semi-normal. Hot as HELL!! Can't hardly function in this heat. Got off work a little early today, and I'll try to get on and get caught up a bit. Both with reading and writing in this journal. Miss you all some, and miss some a lot! ....you know who you are. |
| Finally, this week is over. I am off early and that delights and infuriates me all at the same time. They work your ass off, piling on the overtime all week, and then on Friday make you leave early to burn the overtime! That just bites. On one hand, I really need the overtime to catch up on bills. On the other, I cannot resist their "suggestions" that I get the hell out of that warehouse. If I threw a bitch fit I could probably manage to stick in for a few more hours, but I just can't bring myself to put up much of a fuss. After the week I had, all of me wants to run screaming for the door. So, run I did. I'm gonna nap and then get on here and get caught up. d |
