This is an amazing story. I'm so glad you reviewed mine so I was drawn to your writing. I always try to reciprocate. Nothing is more honest than when seen from the eyes of an animal and this was just wonderful. What happeded wasn't wonderful, but the way it was written just really makes it sink in. Thank you for writing this wonderful tale and sharing it for us all.

Review of MEMORIES

Such a beautiful and sorrowful tale. I know how you feel. I now longer have a pet. I'm to old and would not outlive them. I had four Yorkies that were so precious to me. One by one they died of old age or had to be put to sleep because they were blind, deaf and hearts giving out. I can never replace any of them but will always be grateful for their companionship and unconditional love.
A wonderful story that tells it all.

Indian Medicine Manwho cursed: need space between man an who
lead the attack should be: led the attack
not even the foot of our own foot falls: foot should be sound
I brought here: should read I brought it here

This is a wonderful story, very well written and I'm familiar with the area. Alway a lot of bigfoot stories swirling around
Thought you might not mind if I made a few small corrections. Sometimes when we read our own stories we just pass right over them. I really enjoyed your story.

A beautiful and thoughtful poem. Gives the reason for the title of To the One I Will Love Next. If the present one was doing what was needed and desired, there would be no reason for the next one. Very well written and a lovely heartfelt poem. Keep up the good work.

This is a poems full of sorrow but also of hope. There is always a reason to see another day. Each day may bring more sorrow but just as often can bring great hope and joy. Such a beautiful poem and you must stay another day so that you can write more.

I absolutely loved this piece. It's the best I've found yet since joining this writing site. So funny and also a perfect lesson for so many writer's, me included. It really makes you stop and think about what you have left out that is really important to the story. I wish I could give you more than five stars. I'll have to read this again. Thank you
I just had to go back and read it again before submitting this. Loved it. Do you have more stories on here?

So full of meaning. I too have those sleepless nights thinking of all who go through what you describe and wish their could be some quick, painless solution or any solution at all.
You did a wonderful job of writing this and I feel their pain.

A the end, you did come up with the right solution. The only solution there can be to a problem as big as this. Great writing.

Wonderful written in a poem, maybe even better said aloud. Sometimes you have to hit your best friend or even family over the head and tell them to just sit down and listen. That's why I write. No one listens.

You have done a wonderful job of putting your feelings into a poem. Good work.

Review of The Jersey Escape

What a great story. I am always a sucker for a good dog story. Knowing dogs, it was very believable. And the tummy rub is the most valuable reward they can recieve. I really enjoyed your story. I don't know how many times I went out into the night calling one of my dogs, but they knew where they were so they didn't bother to answer till they were ready to come home.
The only suggestion I have, is to double space between paragraphs. To me it just seems so much easier to follow that way.

A great expression of your feelings and an almost total disregard by the one you shared

them with. It's a good thing to share but not everyone can or will understand and be there

for you. A poem nicely written and well constructed. I enjoyed reading it.

Review of An Introduction

I understand you perfectly.I am a loner and don't communicate much outside my writer's group. I write because it gives me a voice, which I never had before. Your story can take over and control you until it's finished. Very nice introduction. Keep writing.

Review of Take a second!

You have a great mastery of words and feelings. I like the overall tone of the poem and the expressions of his feelings. I do have one suggestion that I believe would improve your poem. I find it difficult to read a poem written with no line breaks. If you would cut it into stanzas of 3 or 4 lines each with breaks between, it makes it much easier. I often pass over longer poems with no line breaks.
All in all a very good job and an enjoyable read

I love the smoothness and the content of this poem. I was on the hunt with you under the brilliant moon. I could feel your senses as you plowed on through the snow, never losing sight of your goal. Beautiful
