October Expectation, Autumn Quote

Prompt: "The trees are in their autumn beauty. The woodland paths are dry under the October twilight, the water mirrors a still sky." What do we think of October and what are our expectations?

I enjoy the orange and red leaves on trees. I enjoy seeing orange and white pumpkins. I like white pumpkins. The rains don't bother me. Halloween decorations are nice,. Scarecrows. I wish winter could be like October. Just a small amount o snow at Christmas. We can just have autumn. A little frost. A little chill. I wish the leaves wouldn't fall. Just stay colorful and stay on the trees.

I hope my knee replacement gets healed. I hope I can walk normal and no longer need the cane. I want to be done with Therapy. I want to feel happy and be ready to enjoy the holidays. I don't know why it takes so long for a knee replacement to heal. I want to do a few things before winter gets here. I do enjoy autumn.
